To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery using the return instructions published on our website.

For voluntary returns, merchandise must generally be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
In its original condition.
Returned with original tags where supplied.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return authorization, return shipping responsibilities, processing deadlines, and any product exclusions are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Returns of intimate apparel, hygiene-sensitive items, or specifically identified final-sale products may be restricted where legally permitted and properly disclosed.

Where advertised, eligible first-time customers may receive 30% off their first qualifying order.

Unless the promotion expressly provides otherwise:

The offer is limited to one redemption per eligible customer.
The offer cannot be combined with other discount codes.
